RIZE for Organizations

Support the person carrying the responsibility, not only the role on paper.

If you are considering support for a leader, team or wider group, Claire will help you clarify the need, the people involved and the right shape of support.

Talk with Claire

Start with a 20 Minute Conversation Call.

Introduction

The right scope begins with a clear reason for the work.

Claire starts by understanding who the work is for, what is happening now, what the organization hopes will change and what the sponsor or budget owner needs to decide. The scope is then shaped around the people, context and level of support involved.

Ways to work with Claire

Private support for an individual leader.

A six-month coaching engagement built around the leader’s role, stakeholders and live agenda. Sponsor involvement is agreed at the outset and remains separate from private session content.

Focused work around a live team need.

A tailored engagement for a team working through a specific challenge, transition or way of working. Format and scope are agreed after Claire understands the context.

Practical sessions for a wider group.

Focused workshops shaped around the audience and organizational need, with practical questions and tools participants can use after the session.

Buying path

Begin with the person and the reason for the work.

01

Start the conversation

Tell Claire who the support is for, what is happening and what decision the organization is considering.

02

Clarify the fit

Discuss the people involved, desired focus, practical constraints and the role of the sponsor or budget owner.

03

Agree the scope

Claire will outline the recommended format, boundaries and pricing on the call.

04

Confirm the engagement

Once the scope and terms are agreed, Claire will confirm next steps with the relevant people.

Sponsor and privacy boundaries

Sponsors can see progress without entering private coaching conversations.

For employer-funded individual coaching, goals and sponsor touchpoints are agreed at the start. Reviews may cover agreed goals, themes and next steps, never private session content. Anything beyond that is shared by the leader, or with the leader’s explicit agreement. Legal, safety and professional-ethics exceptions are set out in the engagement terms.

For team engagements and workshops, the agreed scope sets out what is shared, what is recorded and how participant privacy is handled.

What to bring

You do not need a finished brief.

It helps to bring:

  • Who the support is for
  • What is happening now
  • Why the work is being considered
  • What a useful change might look like
  • Who needs to approve the engagement
  • Any known timing, location or delivery constraints

Claire will help you turn that starting point into a practical next step.

Investment

Pricing on the call.

Claire will confirm the recommended scope and pricing on the call based on the people involved, format, duration and level of support.
